We have a passion for helping families navigate the tough journey of caring for a loved one who needs assistance due to aging, illness, or surgery.


We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new contacts for an external marketing position for In-Home Care. 


This Position offers a base salary with a commission /bonus incentive linked to performance. This Outside Sales position requires travel within the Chicago area, primarily in Cook and Southern Lake County. This individual will be responsible for generating home care referrals in your assigned territory by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing, independent and assisted living communities, retirement homes, and other community resources. Responsibilities include market analysis and creating an effective sales plan to maximize referrals in your assigned territory and ensure excellent client service.


The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with high emotional intelligence. They are passionate about creating awareness about long term services in the community. In addition they have:


  • One plus years of sales experience, preferable in health care/home care or related field
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to document sales activity timely and accuratedly in a Customer Relationship Management System
  • Familiarity with Zoom/Video conferencing and social media platforms
  • Current Drivers License, proof of insurance and abiltiy to travel 80% of the time in the field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • High energy and a positive attitude, with the ability to excell under pressure
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Works well independently out in the field while interacting with the internal team and a reliable car to cover a large geographic territory
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Experience with creating presentations
  • Experience w/ Public speaking and Presenting to a small group

Salary $75,000-$95,000 Salary and Commission Structure
