Open Arms Solutions (OAS) is an in-home healthcare provider that works with hospitals, assisted living and rehabilitation facilities.  OAS provides nursing, technically and non-technically skilled caregivers that aid in the client’s ability to maintain independence.  OAS is a trusted partner to hospitals and rehabilitation facilities to support patients as they transition from in-patient care and return to their homes.   OAS has been serving the Cook and Lake County territories for over 15 years.   OAS is committed to providing best-in-class compassionate care to its clients.

  • Compensation for this role is $75,000-$85,000 plus commission (uncapped) based upon experience

Responsibilities

  • This position will be responsible for developing and successfully engaging with new client referral sources.
  • Develop a territory sales plan and execute the strategy ensuring that milestones and growth targets are met.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
  • Travel to new and existing referral sources weekly.
  • Maintain consistent and regular communication digital communication with new and existing referral sources.

 

The Work Environment:

The Territory Sales Manager role is an outside sales position requiring daily travel within the Chicago and Northern Cook County territory (3-4 days weekly). The position will office out of their home and travel to the corporate offices in Northbrook as required to attend relevant meetings.

Qualifications

 

    • A strong candidate will have at least five years managing a territory within the medical, third-party care or related field.
    • Demonstrate an ability to build relationships with new targeted clients.
    • Track record of penetrating new referral sources and building a strong relationship.
    • Develop strategic plans to integrate OAS as a critical referral partner to clients.
    • Become an expert and within the in-home health market.
    • As opportunities present work with the executive team to recruit and manage referral source relationship managers ensuring that the referring partners see OAS as a daily resource and solution provider.
    • Must possess excellent time management, documentation, and follow-up skills.
